These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the aeroluxore website and services provided by aeroluxore Ltd, a company registered in Malta with registration number C85749 ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our website at aeroluxore.pro and our analytics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Our services are designed specifically for beauty salons, spas, and related wellness businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
User Obligations
When using our services, you agree to:

Service Availability
While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.
We will make reasonable efforts to:

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless aeroluxore Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Governing Law
